Office Procedures and Policies
Our fees are based on our expertise, high standard of care, time, and operating cost in the geographic surrounding area. Our office works with most major insurance carriers. Our experienced staff works hard to help you receive the maximum reimbursement stated in your insurance policy. However, a dental health benefit is a contract between the insurer and the insured, therefore the patient is responsible for any deductible and co-payment for his or her treatment, including charges not covered by the insurance policy. For non-insured patients, payment is expected at the time of treatment rendered.
Our office accepts personal checks, cash payment, debit cards and major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa). If you have questions regarding our fees and alternative payment methods, please do not hesitate to ask our staff, as they are happy to assist you.
